At Equate Law, we believe that each person should be treated equally because everyone has equal rights under the law.  No matter your age, race, religion, sex, gender, disability, family status or income, everyone is entitled to be treated fairly and equally at work.  Even though everyone has equal rights under the law, there are times when employers try to take advantage of you by disregarding your rights.  That is why we have made it our life mission to seek justice for those who have been wronged in the workplace.
